Marji Zintz in Concert

  • Poetry Barn 1693 State Route 28A West Hurley United States (map)

Marji Zintz

Marji Zintz

Come enjoy the pleasures of music & community in our intimate library-listening room. Come hear “perfection in vocal delivery” (Wendell Hoff ) and “…a voice like fine crystal” (Norm Wennett).

Come experience Marji Zintz ~ a soulful interpreter performing an extensive range of material spanning the genres of folk to rock to jazz, and using her acoustic guitar to its fullest potential as a melodic, harmonic, and percussive instrument.

With a voice that has been likened to Joni Mitchell, Rickie Lee Jones, and Billie Holiday, “Marji puts an indelibly personal stamp on songs from such diverse writers as Aimee Mann, Mark Knopfler, and George Gershwin...and accompanies her voice with sophisticated and skillful guitar work.” —The Folk Project

  • Doors open at 6 PM. Concert starts at 7 PM.

  • Light refreshments will be served.

  • Seating is limited. Please RSVP early to guarantee your seat.

This is a donation-based concert. Please come prepared to make a donation to the artist at the conclusion of the show.
